These boots are typically dark brown with a stylized thunderbolt on each side. They will radiate a magical aura if such is detected for, but otherwise seem like an ordinary set of boots.
There have been several sets of these boots created by various wizards, especially in eastern Ithria, but the creator of the original design is lost to history.
These boots improve the wearer's running speed and general jumping ability by a modest amount whenever they are worn. In addition to this, thrice per day, the wearer of these boots can do one of the following: either a tremendous burst of speed for a few seconds or a tremendous leap (about 12 meters vertical or 25 meters horizontal).
Unaffected by the Drellis effect and will function normally during any stellar phase.
